Wall of the listening understanding 1

This wall it's more or less what I feel when I'm listening a native english speaking person. It's very discouraging. So, starting from today, each time I'll understand some thing of a native english speaking person, I'll recompense myself in taking off a brick.

Woooof. Isn't that song like a hundred years old? No offense to David Gilmour's fans but I like the band's earlier releases better, such as Piper at the Gates, mainly because of Syd Barrett was there. Astronome Domine, anyone?

correction :
"mainly because Sy Barrett was there"

Hum.... I thought that my English was improved. I must recognise that it was specially difficult to understand your writing English, Delphine.

But, finally, I think I understood : you prefer the Pink Floyd band before the leaving of Syd Barret, have I understood correctly ?

From what I listen, it's more psychedelic and experimental.
