Exemple d'acronyme :
DIASINF : Delphinidés Icariens Acceptant Sans Identification Notre Fascination.

ou:
PUMSE : Pour Unijambiste Marchant Sur l'Eau.

Me encantan!!!!

Wow, I did not expect at such enthusiasm !

Krn, your acronyms made laugh me also.

Marilyn, un abraso y gracias por visitar ;-)

Momo, may I suggest you to translate all these attractive sentences in English ?

Momo said...

Yes, Krn, you are right, I think do it soon.

krn said...

If you use google translation, try to verify that the sense of the sentence is correct.

If you want, I shall look at them later. It's easy, we have them in French.

The work which you made these last days was in English or in French?

Momo said...

Thank you, krn, for your help. The work that I made was in English.

krn said...

Oh oh ! I understand why you needed concentration.

Momo said...

Yes, for me it's still very difficult to hear. I can build some some clumsy sentences, but for hear it's still a disaster.

English is very different from Latin languages, the words are not placed in the same way and the pronunciation is difficult.

To understand supposes to know all the used words and their pronunciation.

Don't you intend to go from time to time in an English-speaking country?

Momo, you made me ROTFLL (roll on the floor laughing loud) with your definitions.

You are brilliant!

And translating these will be a challenge, but we'll help you!

Let me "prime the pump" by doing the first:

Diasinf = androgynous football team from a new state somewhere between the former USSR and the hole in the ozone layer. Slides from the first polar expedition show them with their striped stockings.

KRN, I approve your assessment of Momo's blog: hilarious. And I love the idea of acronyms.

krn said...

Doréus, you forgot to say that the expedition went to the "East pole"

But you are right, Momo is a rare man, with very fine humour.
I love this blog. This morning, I woke up late, but I preferred have a look at this article than have lunch.

Momo, you illuminated my day by your cheerfulness

Momo said...

Doreus, thank you very much for your help.

It's really nice!

I wonder if the translations could to function in English (sounds are so differents).

Hug

krn said...

Why not ? Do you think that "Pumse" or "Diasinf" look like french words ?

Momo said...

Krn, surely you exaggerating, but you changed my day, too.

Yes, I intended to go to London, but I'm not sure.

krn said...

I was singing in my car, this morning, nevertheless, it was frozen.

The laughter is a vaccine against the evil.

... unless it is "the evil laugh"... MUHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

And yes, I missed the East Pole. So that sentence should read:

Slides from their first expedition to the East Pole show them wearing striped stockings.

MUHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Fortunately, humour is good for health !
